General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you. You have to option of waiting on the backorder list for the out of stock item to arrive, or we will refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United States. Any shipments outside of the USA are only available upon special requests as shipping costs may differ. Please contact us with inquiries.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
4. Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website. Our standard practice is to assume shipment to a residence where a liftgate is needed. If your address is to a business please include the business name and if you are able to unload.
A Phone number is needed for every order as the trucking company must call to make a delivery appointment. If you do not provide a Phone number at check out. The machine will not ship until one is provided.
5. Shipping Costs
Right now we are offering a flat rate shipping cost to the lower 48 states of 150 USD. There is an additional shipping charge for orders to Alaska and Hawaii Please contact us for a quote based on your address and delivery needs.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
6. Damaged Items in Transport
If the machine and or crate is visibly damaged upon arrival you must NOT accept the machine. If you accept the machine with damages make sure that you have a signed damage claim form from the driver. Please take photos of the damage. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at 6198872137.
Without a signed damage claim form from the driver, we can not help you with the full cost of the damages.
