Warranty:
Despite our high-quality standards, products may prove to have unforeseen defects or deficiencies in isolated instances.
But you don’t need to worry – we won’t abandon you!
Products purchased from us carry a 3-year limited manufactures warranty on the body of the machine. This covers steel, welds, and missing parts. 1-year limited warranty on the motor and hydraulic system. 90-day limited warranty on the battery and electrical parts.
In the case of a defect, we will provide you with fast assistance. The procedure to follow is described below:
Please notify us of the defect by email. It is always helpful for us to receive a few photos illustrating the problem! Please also provide your telephone number so that we can call you back.
We will contact you within 24 hours (on weekdays) to discuss all the details.
If The problem is caused by a single faulty part which can easily be replaced.
In situations like this, we send you the required spare part by USPS. so that you can substitute it yourself.
In the case of warranty claims, we do at times require the part in question to be mailed to us for an inspection! When in doubt whether warranty cover applies, we always decide in FAVOR of the customer. Goodwill towards our customers is one of our top priorities.
Even in cases where it is obvious that the defect is not covered by warranty, we endeavor to offer affordable solutions based on not charging for labor, but only for the spare parts themselves.
PLEASE NOTE:
Our warranty is on parts only – no labor cost is covered. You have to be able to exchange parts. Parts will be inspected before the exchange of parts. The customer pays for the parts return if we cannot clarify the problem with pictures.
Returns:
After 14 days the buyer must pay for the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. An additional charge may be applied depending on if there is damage to the machine.
If you wish to return the machine prior to the 14-day mark, you will need to contact us. We can help schedule the pick up of the machine. It will need to be palletized and drained of all fluid. The machine will be inspected upon delivery and a full or partial refund will be issued depending on use and damage to the machine.
